Description of Incident
I was approaching heavier traffic, and a girl in a dodge neon changed lanes directly in front of me. I had to slam on my brakes and swerve to avoid hitting her. I ended up in the grass to the left of the road and my brakes locked up due to the slippery conditions from the rain. When I attempted to get back on the road so that I would not get stuck, the driver used a rude and inappropriate hand gesture.
