Description of Incident
Incident began on I-285 north around the Covington exit. Driver in newer model (2008- ) Chevy Malibu was seen speeding, changing lanes excessively, and other foolish maneuvers that could have caused an accident. As I moved past in passing lane, he was in lane #3. So I was behind a slow-moving Chrysler in the left lane and passed to the right and what does this idiot do? Tailgate me while I am doing so. At the Memorial exit, I brake check this jackass and he gets mad and tries to speed around, but there is a car blocking his path so he gets back in the passing lane (to where I have safely merged back to) and starts driving behind me again. I eventually move over, pull out my handy camcorder and record his face, car driving by, and license plate. But get this, folks. He's tailgating a Ford truck by now and does that up until right before the US 78 exits. What does this fool do? Cross four lanes of traffic--one of which is carrying an 18-wheeler--cutting off the semi and other cars just to go east on US 78. I'm already in the right lane to exit at US 78 so once again, I record this dumbass. I get off at the Brockett/Cooledge exit, but not before I see this nitwit weave across two lanes of traffic at least once and carry on down US 78.
20s-30s African American male. Needs to take his pathetic driving and POS Chevy back to Florida.
