Description of Incident
Where: Citrus Heights, CA. Traveling North on Sunrise. Approximately 100 feet from the Sunrise/Greenback intersection.
When: March 1, 2010 approx 3:58-4 PM
Who: Caucasian Male driver, wears glasses, Using Large White Nissan SUV as a weapon, California License Plate - 5PPL389.
What: Driving toward a Red Light, we were nearly hit by Large White Nissan SUV, California License Plate - 5PPL389.
Cars were driving with the speed of traffic approaching Sunrise/Greenback red light. The driver of the White Nissan SUV nearly T-Boned us on driver side of vehicle.
The driver of the White Nissan SUV continued driving North on Sunrise Blvd, recklessly without using signals and unsafely cutting in and out of traffic...until we turned off Left Sunrise(@ Old Auburn).
